Applicants must have completed the Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) / National Examination Board (NEB) Grade 12 qualification.
A minimum overall score of 60% or above (First Division) is generally required for direct entry to the Bachelor of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Management or Diploma in Hotel Management programs.
Students who have slightly lower grades (50–59%) may still be considered after an interview or additional assessment.
Applicants must be at least 17 years of age at the start of the program.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Nepal.
A minimum overall score of 55% or higher is typically required for entry into the Postgraduate Diploma or Master of Hotel Management programs.
Some postgraduate programs may also prefer candidates with relevant hospitality or business experience.
Undergraduate programs: IELTS 6.0 overall (no band less than 5.5).
Postgraduate programs: IELTS 6.5 overall (no band less than 6.0).
Equivalent English tests such as PTE Academic or TOEFL iBT are also accepted.
